Request deletion of your OryqO Chat account.

How To Request Deletion

For immediate self-service deletion, sign in to OryqO Web, choose Delete account, confirm the warning and type DELETE. OryqO keeps the session signed in unless the server confirms deletion.

If you cannot sign in, email privacy@oryqo.com with the subject "OryqO account deletion". Send the request from the email address connected to the account and include any other details needed to identify it.

What Is Deleted

Account profile data, settings, contacts, chat membership and related account records are deleted or anonymized where technically and legally possible.

What May Be Retained

Some limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, tax, accounting or dispute resolution reasons.

Timeline

Deletion requests are acknowledged promptly and completed within the period required by applicable law.
